About this class
Bounce is a high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout that will blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate. This class you will be using a mini-trampoline performing jumps and other moves to music. Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping. The class lasts for 45 minutes.
Tabata bounce consists of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds, there will be a variety of easy-to-follow movements on a mini-trampoline and is set to music. It is low impact and great for most abilities. This class targets legs, glutes, abs and back.
