Hi I’m lee and I am the sports massage therapist in Planet Fitness Tredegar. I am a very approachable person, you’ll often see me around the gym as I am a keen bodybuilder, so don’t be afraid to come and say hello!
My background is bodybuilding gym enthusiast, I won the masters at Naber bodybuilding a few years back. I have been doing sports massage therapy for two years. I bring my knowledge of bodybuilding and sports into my work to identify ailments quickly. I love my job as I get to meet new people every day, healing people and helping them recover is so rewarding!
