I was first introduced to the gym in my 20s but didn’t really know what I was doing. I learnt about the principles of progressive overload and periodising training and nutrition and soon the gym became a huge part of my life.
I decided that I wanted to turn my passion for health and fitness into a career! In 2021 I qualified as a personal trainer whilst 7 months pregnant.
I’m passionate about helping women feel confident on the gym floor and lift weights!
My specialities include hypertrophy training and periodisation. I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals whether that is fat loss, muscle gain or to simply feel more confident in the gym.
My services include 1-1 personal training sessions at planet fitness Tredegar, online coaching, or a blend of the two!
