Had a to leave a little reveiw, Trained here for a month. One of, if not the best gym I've trained in. Equipment wise fantastic. People complaining about the staff, I didn't have any issues, i came to train not to make friends. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic gym which is open 24-7 to suit all clients lifestyles. This gym offers a womens only gym facility which is great when your a beginner in the gym and want to build your confidence. The parking is free. The gym can get busy at certain peak times when classes on etc. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

It's 24/7 four days a week which is really useful and it has a wide variety of machines to use for all different muscle groups. Would recommend.

Really well equipped gym! Best I've been too! Has everything and plenty of it too. Not to mention mega cheap if wait for a deal and sign up for 12 months.

Tons and tons of equipment, Hammer Strength in Aberbargoed, Nautilus in Tredegar. Also strongman gear including atlas stones, a personal favourite of me. Great staff and you'll never get bored!
